| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The brake pedal on my 2006 jeep grand cherokee is 3.25 inches higher than the accelerator pedal (almost 2 inches higher than my other chrysler vehicle). i have caught my foot under the brake pedal when trying to brake, especially at highway speeds when the accelerator is depressed. this has nearly caused several accidents. the brake pedal is also farther toward the center of the vehicle with a wider space between it and the accelerator further exaggerating this problem. chrysler will not recognize this as a flaw. *jb |
