| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My wife and i were involved in a direct frontal accident in our 2003 ford expedition on dec. 1, 2006 and our air bags did not deploy. this was a relatively high speed accident. i spoke with a representative of ford and their response was they would give me a written response within 10 days. i told them that i was unsure if my auto was repairable but if it was i had no confidence in the current airbag system and felt it should be replaced. *jb |
