Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Automatic climate control system failure leads to loss of windshield defroster. system failure is caused by failure of the blend doors to respond to user input. system failure results in loss of airflow through windshield defrost/defog vents. operation of vehicle during inclement weather and system failure will result in decreased visibility through front windshield which could contribute to collision, loss of vehicle control, etc... no manual override of automatic system is possible. repair requires removal of complete dash to remove and replace blend door assemblies. *nm
