Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The air conditioner stopped working on my 2007 honda civic. when i phoned the dealer to inquire if this would be covered by my warranty they said most likely unless a pebble bounced up and punctured a hole in the condenser. i found it odd that he was so familiar with this problem. sure enough, a "tiny pebble" punctured a hole through my condenser. i thought this was just bad luck until i did some research and have found numerous complaints about this same exact problem happening to other honda owners. i drive under normal road conditions. what is to say this won't keep happening. it must be a design flaw. i paid $469.00 to get this fixed, not something i can keep doing. i asked the service representative if there was anything i could do to prevent this from happening. the answer no...translation for me not driving it is the only way to prevent a tiny pebble from doing this again. help please. *nm |
