| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while driving 30 mph and when depressing the brake pedal, a scraping noise was heard. the vehicle was taken to the service dealer, who replaced the front and rear brake pads and rotors. the manufacturer expressed that the brakes were too small for the vehicle. updated 2/12/2007 - the consumer had an 1993 quest for 11 years. he explained that the 2004's brakes are softer than the 1993 model. the 2004's brakes are the same size as the 1993 quest eventhough the weight has increased by almost 1000 lbs. the 2007's brake size has been increased. *nm |
