| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I own a 2003 jeep grand cherokee. while driving on 12/05/2006 i experienced a system failure when my passenger window fell for no reason. i took it to the dealer and they reported that the power window regulator which failed. i then checked your site and noticed numerous complaints for the same problem. this is a costly repair and i just wondered how many times someone had to suffer a financial loss on a part that is so common and of which i never had a problem with on other vehicles owned that had much more activity than this window. please let me know because as a consumer i would hope that manufacturers are held to some standards. *jb |
