Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2004 jeep grand cherokee 'blend door' breaks causing no heat to get to the windshield for defrosting. dealerships state it is a $1200 - $1500 fix and it is very common for this problem to occur on most trucks of this model year. in winter months you cannot defrost your windshield or get heat to the interior. this fix is a mechanical flaw, not an owner issue yet chrysler makes you pay to repair their faulty engineering. *nm |
