Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Hvac on my 1999 jeep grand cherokee ltd. has failed and the system only blows cold air. this makes the vehicle inoperable in cold days of winter: windshield cannot be properly ventilated. this happens to almost 100% of these vehicles after just 50k miles. and even the dealership says it happens to all models 1999 through 2002 or 3. this should be a recall item, not a tsb! right now it's just a chance for jeep to make an extra $1,800 off of a factory defect. *nm
