Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: The intermediate shaft on the steering wheel column is loose. the dealer and manufacturer have told me that they are aware of this problem, but there is no fix for it. the front end on the vehicle will feel loose and bounce while driving over uneven pavement and bumps and more so while driving on freeways. the vehicle feels unsafe. all the do is put more lube in the shaft and tell me i have to deal with it. i am having an arbitration hearing. hopefully something good will come out of it. *jb
