| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated when changing a flat tire, the jack collapsed causing the vehicle to fall, catching the right hand of the 74 year old male, between the fender and the doughnut of the jack. there was a laceration on the back of the hand and across the fingers and severe swelling and numbness. there may be nerve damage sustained. the contact was taken to the hospital by a family member, and photos were taken of the broken jack. the sales dealer and manufacturer were notified. |
