| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated although there were no ongoing problems with the seat warmers, there was a nhtsa recall, #06v197000 on the vehicle regarding the seats. the parts needed to repair the vehicle were not available at the local dealership. the manufacturer was not alerted. additionally, while attempting to open the front passenger power side window, there was a popping noise. the vehicle was inspected by a dealer, who determined the power window control needed to be replaced. |
