| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: After starting the car, the transmission sticks and will not shift into reverse. it will go into 1st - 5th but won't even think about going into reverse. after talking with the dealership, they said its probably user error. they said that the driver probably just isn't pushing the clutch in all they way. well, with me being the driver, i know that the clutch doesn't go down any farther. *jb |
