Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I have a evenflo embrace car seat. my daughter is now 3 weeks old, and therefore only been using it for 3 weeks. she only weighs 9 pounds. i am really concerned that there is a handle problem with this car seat. it moved and you can see where the plastic of the handle has flex points in the plastic already, and she's only 9 pounds. i'm really concerned what's going to happen when she weighs 20 pounds. i have also noticed that as she has gotten bigger, that the latch on the handle moves unexpectedly, like you never had it locked into the carrying position. there has been more than one incident. that's what's alarming to me, since we have only been using the carseat for 3 weeks. the model number my car seat is #3201526 p1. it was manufactured on jan 26-05. *jb
