| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I called to schedule an appointment as i received a safety notice from chrysler. i was told it would be 3 months before i could get in and the dealership is only doing 2-3 per week. i have had an accident in the past with a broken ball joint so i am very sensitive when it comes to this. three months is too long to wait for a safety recall, especially one this serious. *jb |
