Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: 1) no sign of failure, just happened out of no where 2)no heat from passenger side of vehicle at all, no floor heat, no front vent heat, and most importantly, no windshield defrost heat, causing a lot of fog and poor visibility during these cold months... 3)have not done anything to fix issue, cost of replacement parts and labor is $2000, down time of vehicle is 2 days to fix...a lot of work for a novice like myself. *jb
