Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Tl* - the contact said that the cap and rotor that goes to the spark plug had been replaced, because of a recall. the contact said that the parts went bad a year later. he took the truck back to the dealer (pearson buick gmc) and they replace the parts again, but they charged him $100 for his warranty use. the contact said that since the parts are still under recall why did they charge him for this warranty use? the contact has repair orders for all the work.
