Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: (1) increasing frequency of defroster/heater/ventilation system malfunction (2) air of the wrong temperature will come from the vents, or more often -and more importantly, no air will come from the vents, including the windshield defroster vents, even though the blower is obviously working. i am often unable to clear windshield of condensation in order see well enough to drive safely. (3) the dealership tells me it will cost $2500.00 to fix the problem, and i can't afford that. so nothing has been done to fix the problem. *nm
