| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl* - the contact called dometic regarding a refrigerator recall he saw in a magazine. the manufacturer has a voicemail system that asks the caller to leave his/her name & address, therefore, the callers cannot ask questions about the recall. although, the messages states that a package will be sent to him/her, the recording does not give a time when the packet will be available or should be expected. the contact states that the pilot light which, is a part of the refrigerator's cooling system, goes out almost every time he takes a trip in the rv. |
