Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Tl* - the contact stated that the left front tire came off. the driver was pulling out of a parking space at approximately 1-2 mph. the mileage on the vehicle at the time of failure was 54000. there were no warning signs. the driver stated that the vehicle felt funny. the vehicle was involved in a recall for the same failure in 2003. the lower ball joint was replaced january 24, 2004. the contact received a another recall notice 06v288000 recently. he called the dealer, and was told there were a limited amount of parts available. the contact was told to call back in three months. the vehicle had to be towed away. there were no injuries. *ak
