| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: As discharge coordinator of a newborn icu ( and previous nhtsa child passenger safety tech) at university of virginia children's hospital, i was helping a family with a new car seat. the family was spanish speaking only and the instruction pamphlet for the car seat was written only in english with wording on the front "for instructions in spanish to call 800...). the child was being discharged and the family was using the seat for the first time. unfortunately like many first time parents they had not looked at the seat well until today. the fact that there were no specific instructions in spanish seems very unsafe! this was an evenflo discovery -model #3911698 l3; manufactured dec. 4, 06. thank you. *jb |
