Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My jeep liberty 2002 was recalled for "replacement of possible ball joint corrosion". i called the dealership don white's timonium jeep dealer, and was advised that the dealership receives only 3 sets from jeep per week and i would therefore be waiting for approximately 6 months for the replacement. i felt this was not timely. i called the daimler chrysler question line and was told the same info. i do not think any recall for safety issues should wait for months to repair. surely ball joints can be acquired form another source? *nm |
