| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a dorel juvenile group, eddie bauer infant child seat, that came with the stroller (3 in 1). model # 22-630-hpn. the infant seat harness and lap belt are way too small. they have been too small since the day we brought her home from the hospital. the seat says it is for 5-22 pounds, our daughter is 14 pounds and we can no longer use it at all. we adjusted the harness straps as far away and as close to the lap belt as possible so she could fit without it being too tight and it still doesn't help. we took the straps off it and re-strapped it to the chair to see if it was an internal problem and it didn't help. we called and had new straps mailed to us, they said maybe the straps were made too small, we got faulty straps, this didn't help. i borrowed a car seat from a friend to use for the next few months to get us by until she goes into a front facing seat. also the new seat will not be compatible with the stroller. i would like it if a new seat could be delivered to us or picked up so we can continue the use of the 3 in 1 system. |
