| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Jeep i had my jeep serviced and they told me it was unsafe to drive because od the ball joint recall. one of them was all corroded and about to snap. when i called the dealership to set up an appointment they said they could put me on a list i was #48 and that jeep was sending them only 3 parts a week. it would be a while. unsafe to drive i had the other place replace it they had no problem getting the part for$215.00 i can drive it still waiting for call on other side. this seems dumb that they will only doe 3 a week because they only get so many in at a time they said if i just hit a bump it could cause me to crash. jeep should be in trouble for this and if my other side breaks i will sue them huge if i am still alive that is. i will be sending the bill in. *nm |
