| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl* - the contact stated that while driving and coming off a gravel road at 52 mphthe driver lost control of the vehicle, hitting a mailbox , and causing the vehicle to roll over 3 times, then striking a tree. while vehicle was rolling over the airbags didn't deploy. at the time of the incident there were 4 passengers in the vehicle ,3 of the passengers had minor injuries, but the driver, who was not wearing a seat belt ,was ejected from the vehicle , sustaining severe injuries. the contact stated that there hasn't been any maintenance or service work performed on the air bags before the incident. a police report was taken. *ak updated 02/22/07. *jb |
