Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: When driving my 2004 jeep grand cherokee in cold weather with rain or any moisture on the windshield the hvac ducts will blow cold air on the windshield causing the windshield to freeze quicker while decreasing my visibility while driving. the vehicle tends to have this problem 7 out of 10 starts and some times resets it self only when the jeep has been sitting for at least 3 to 5 hours. the dealer claimed it was in working order but i told them there is a serious problem that caused me to nearly hit the car in front of me while driving when the windshield instantly started to freeze up. luckily i kept spraying washer fluid to clear the window in time before i got into a major accident. *jb
