| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*- the contact has a cosco eddie bauer infant child safety car seat that was manufactured on 08/25/05, man# l6b013988, model# 22-630-lkm. the contact stated that the infant seat handle bar was held together by two screws that easily come off. contact stated that sometime in november 2006 the screw came off the infant car seat while she was lifting it by the handle bar. not knowing that the screw came off the contact continued to use the safety seat. on 12/24/06, while the contact was driving the vehi cle she noticed that a screw had fallen from the handle of the infant car seat. fortunately, the contact noticed it before the infant could put the screw in his mouth. *ak |
