| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl* - the contact's eddie bauer cohert, model# 22630fmt child safety seat's trim screw fell onto the seat. the contact replaced the trim screw, and was unaware of the replacement kit that was available. advised the contact per the recall #06c005000 on nhtsa website to call djg's toll free at 877-229-1374 so that a kit may be sent to the contact. the contac also filed a complaint because the child safety seat gould not be secured to its base. the contact stated that she followed the installation instructions, but the seat cannot be secured properly, and wiggled back and forth, and side to side. *ak |
