Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: The defroster system blows only cold air making it difficult(impossible at times) to clear the windshield. this issue occurs repeatedly on cold raining days and makes visibility out the front windshield very poor. this issue could result in a serious traffic accident. the issue is well known in 99-04 jeep grand cherokees with the dual climate control systems. to correct the issue the entire dash, steering wheel, a/c evaporator and heater core must be removed to gain access to the blender doors and recirculation doors which are the cause of the issue. this issue occurs in 100% 99-04 jeep grand cherokees vehicles quipped with the dual climate control system, so the probability of a death(s) occurring due to this defect are extraordinarily high. please take the appropriate action to protect the public. *nm
