| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*- the contact stated that while driving about 2 months ago at a speed of 20-25 mph in a residential area,the vehicle unexpectedly accelerated to a speed of 50 mph. the contact stated that the condition of the road and weather were both good. the contact s wasn't concerned at the time , but when a second failure occurred he thought he would report it. the most recent incident happened on 12/26/06 while driving 20 mph the vehicle accelerated to 40 mph and the driver had to apply the brakes with force stop the vehicle. the contact called on star for road side assistance and had vehicle towed to the dealership. the dealership informed the contact they were having it sent to another cadillac dealership to have them take a look at the vehicle. *ak updated 01/31/07. *jb |
