| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The blend and recirculation door assembly in my 2000 jeep grand cherokee limited failed. this leads to a loss of heat and defroster. i live in minnesota so with no defroster this is a huge safety hazard. my windows won't defrost and will suddenly fog up without warning. i can suddenly lose all visibility. *jb |
