| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Car seat being used as instructed for my 3 month old, allows her to be tossed up and down when stopping short in my vehicle. even with straps tight. the car seat and base does not move, however my daughter has the ability to slide up and down due to the where the belt buckle is located in the car seat. she had hit her head with no major injuries due to the problem. we attempted to return the product to target, however they refused to help us. we bought a new car seat/stroller combo. i suggest anyone else with this car seat does the same. *jb |
