| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: On 4 nov 06 at approximately 1128 my vehicle was involved with a front impact crash and the following safety defects occurred causing personal injury. the details of the incident are as follows: weather: clear road conditions: dry level grade speed: approx 35 mph vehicle was traveling down 2 lane secondary road when another vehicle pulled in front of it. my vehicle impacted the other one in the left rear quadrant. the damage to my odyssey was directly on the front grill and bumper area. the frontal airbags failed to deploy and both front seat belts were dislodged from the mounts located on the inside door post. i think the airbags should have deployed and the seat belts were defective. both of the items were replaced by dealership and airbag was found to be defective. part numbers listed below. module airbag control: 77960shja02 seat belt lt: 04818shja01zc seat belt rt: 04814shja01zc buckle frt seat belt lt: 04816shja21zc buckle frt seat belt rt: 04813shja01zc along with other various body parts. *nm |
