Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My truck is equipped with vehicle dynamic control (vdc). it cuts power to the drive wheels if one or both start to spin. all trucks or cars of its kind have been equipped with a switch that this device can be turned on or off depending on the drivers situation. for some reason my truck did not come with this switch, i am a sitting duck when it rains if one tire so much as slips one revolution as i can mash the gas pedal and nothing will happen. in 4x4 it does the same thing and only in 4x4 lo will this vdc turn itself off. i have asked dealers many of times to fix this as it should have came with this option and was somehow missed. i want it fixed as i have almost been rear ended at least a dozen times b/c of this. *nm |
