| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl* - the contact stated that she received recall 06v288000 in november2006. she contacted the dealer, and was told it would take approximately 6 weeks for the lower ball joint part to come in, and to call back in 6 weeks. the vehicle has approximately 42,000 miles. the contact called back the first week of december, and was told she was 137th on the waiting list, and that they were only getting three parts in per week. the contact maintained that the dealer did not put her name on the waiting list when she called in november. the contact having problems with the vehicle, but she did not know what the problems were because she did not drive the vehicle. *ak |
