Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Tl* - the contact stated that she received recall 06v199000 on 2000 jeep grand cherokee. the contact stated that while driving the radiator overheated. she immediately took the vehicle to a mechanic at hitech auto motive where the electric radiator fan was replaced. after replacing the radiator electric fan, the contact went to daimler chrysler to be reimbursed, and they told her that because the radiator fan had not fractured or separated that they were not responsible for the cost of the repair. the contact would like to be reimbursed for the safety recall repair work that she paid for. *ak
