Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: My 2004 chevy silverado speedometer is malfunctioning. some days it won't work at all and some days it fluctuates between 0-120 mph. this very dangerous and makes it difficult to obey the speed limit. i have researched this problem and have found it to be a nationwide problem on a variety of chevrolet and gmc vehicles ranging from 2003-2006. why isn't there a recall on this problem? *jb
