| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Failure of windshield wipers. first they would only work if it wasn't raining (cleaning windshield), now they have stopped all together. this has caused incidence of being stranded and near crashes even on christmas day with my two children and having to get rides to and from work. there is a recall on this for all other 1995 chevrolets but not the apv seems as though since this problem is occurring on this vehicle the recall should be on it also. i could hear the motor trying to work and would sometimes be able to manually push the wipers back and forth to get them working again, but now they are locked up. *jb |
