| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*- the contact stated that cosco alpha omega model# 22-151-bla, child seat has a hole on the left side of the arm rest. the contact stated that the child had 2 accidents with putting his finger into this hole and cutting himself. the contact stated that she contacted the manufacture r, and had to threaten them about calling the hot line before they agreed to replace the seats. the contact stated that she has 2 seats that will have to be replaced. replace. the contact stated that the manufacturer informed her that she will have to mail in 1 seat at a time, and will have to cut the straps off the seats and remove the labels before sending the seats back to the manufacturer. the contact stated that the manufacturer will be sending different models of seats to the contact. |
