Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2004 ford explorer gear shifter lever broke in my hand while vehicle was in drive. the vehicle is an automatic. this is a huge saftey issue because the vehicle was engaged in drive at the point of the lever breaking. the lever was not a steel piece and was defective. ford is unresponsive to this issue. *jb |
