Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Tl* - the contact stated that the speedometer stopped working on her 2004 chevrolet silverado 1500. the vehicle would not register more than 10 or 20 mph when the contact was going much faster. the speedometer has now stopped in the center. the dealer has diagnosed the failure as a failed module. the vehicle had 45,000 miles at the time of the failure. the contact is concerned that she has two 2004 chevrolet trucks and both of the speedometer modules have failed.
