Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Eddie bauer car seat model number: 22-630-hpn on this day i was taking my daughter to her doctor's appointment. as i was strapping her into the car i realized that the car seat didn't feel secure. i strapped it in as tight as i could and started my drive to the doctors'. i didn't even get out of my driveway when i made the slightest turn and saw the seat with my child in it totally flip over onto it's side. she cried and i couldn't get her to stop crying because she was terrified. i honestly don't know how manufacturers actually pass this car seat as a safety seat. i followed all directions and strapped it the right way and for this to happen was very disappointing. all the money that i had spent on what i thought was a good investment down the drain. i don't recommend this seat to anyone. i'm just so thankful that nothing serious happened to her and that it happened in a place that i could pull over. otherwise i wouldn't know what i would've done this eddie bauer seat looked very stylish and secure when it was first purchased but once you install it into the car you realize the huge mess you got yourself into. please don;t make the same mistake i did. save your money and don't purchase this item. *jb
