Was Vehicle Towed: -	Description of the Complaints: We received a graco car seat/stroller as a baby shower gift. after using the seat for several days figured out that it has a fault. when simply lifted up on to get something out of the floor of the car, the complete seat flies all the way up/into the back seat. we were not able to fix this problem. then we saw on the news a study that was done, and in fact it was not just the seat we have it is all graco seats. the report that was on the news did not inform ways to fix this problem. if it weren't for our babies dr. telling us of this web site we wouldn't even have known about the tether. this is unacceptable ! cannot believe that this is allowed ! *nm
