| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Problems with the alpha omega elite car seat. the attachment on the harness for the latch system jammed and got stuck incorrectly in the car( had to break it open). furthermore the seat was installed by a police officer trained to do so. they could not get it to fit in my car appropriately. i had to go buy another seat the next day.(from a different manufacturer) seat is made cheaply for the $160.00 price tag. *nm |
