Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I have a 2004 ford explorer. last year at 38,000 miles, the key locked in the ignition and i have been unable to get it out. portsmouth ford n.h. says too bad: it is out of warranty and it will cost me $400 to get it out. today i have 56,000 miles on my explorer and the key is still in the ignition. it is a pain. i was hoping for a recall. have you heard of this problem?*jb
