Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased a 2006 dodge charger in august of 2006. the first couple thousand miles i would hear my front brakes grinding, thinking it would go away i kept driving the vehicle. the grinding noise from my brakes continued to get worse so i took my vehicle to the dealership with 8000 miles on it. the dodge dealership told me the noise was normal but they would lube and clean the pads. that didn't help at all so i took my vehicle back to the dealership a week later in which they still told me the grinding noise is normal and there are no safety problems with the brakes. i know have under 10,000 miles on my charger and the grinding noise is getting worse. i'm very concerned about my families safety in the vehicle ,i know the noise is not normal and i believe the dealership knows that too. *jb |
