| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2001 grand cherokee limited with dual zone climate control. thanksgiving day, noticed that no heat was coming from passenger side vents. thermostat was set to 80 degrees. shut off climate control unit, restarted, no effect. stopped and shut down car, restarted, no effect. no warm air comes through passenger side vents. drivers side works fine. climate control system will not switch between hot and cold air. driver is comfortable, passenger is miserable when it is cold outside. *jb |
