| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*- the contact stated that cosco alpha omega safety seat with model# 22-155 hmr harness was not safe. her 2 year old was able to unlock the harness on the safety seat. the contact stated that she constantly has to pull over to the side of the road and get out of the vehicle to go to back seat and lock child back into the harness. the contact stated that she has filed a complaint with the manufacturer,and they have offered to send her a new type of harness that the child can't get out. *ak the consumer was sent a piece of plastic with no clips. updated 03/19/07. *jb |
