Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Tl*- the contact is a state trooper who called to make the complaint. the contact stated that an occupant was driving a 2002 cadillac deville at 61 mph and vehicle went off the road and hit a concrete culvert. after it struck the concrete culvert the vehicle rolled onto its roof. when the first impact occurred the seat belt worked properly. however, seat belt assembly came to pieces, and the occupant became loose ,bouncing inside the vehicle , dying at the scene of the accident. *ak the right front seat passenger died in the crash. a recall had been performed on the seat belts prior. updated 02/22/07.*jb
