Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: My ventilation system is in the process of failing. i have a loud creating sound coming from underside my dash. when i turn on the system, it doesn't always heat/cool the way it is supposed to. sometimes the heat comes on, sometimes the cool comes on when the other is chosen. sometimes if it's supposed to be on the floor its on the defroster. also, the drivers side seat heater acts up but mostly it doesn't work.
