| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Steering has been making knocking noises. dealer has performed several fixes, put a sleeve over intermediate shaft, replaced body mounts,now it is very difficult to turn to the right almost impossible at a stop. dealer says no fix at this time. the dealership gave me gm customer service #, who in turn gave me the bbb auto line. it will not pass mo. vehicle inspection. they told me to put one foot one brake and one on the gas to turn to the right. not only do i put my family at risk every time i make a right hand turn, but also yours!. *jb |
